Sivan Halegean
A modest sized apartment, not as fancy as the ones in Upper, but almost. Through the years, it's been decorated with the items Sivan's acquired through his connections and ways with people. It contains a master bedroom; decorated with leopard print bedding and rugs, a main room; where he dines, watches TV and lounges around during his acid trips, a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Oh. And little fake trees, so he can talk to them.

Lucy Smirnov & family.
This house is rather nice, even though the family has quit an avergae income. There are three bedrooms, two and half baths, and a connected green house. The greenroom is actually like it's own house consisting of another bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. The green room is attathed to the back of the house but only Lucy really spends time there. The whole house is very homey and contains some odd end decorations you would find in home magazines. There is a medium sized front and back yard. Overall the house is very taken care of.
