Sivan Halegean

A modest sized apartment, not as fancy as the ones in Upper, but almost. Through the years, it's been decorated with the items Sivan's acquired through his connections and ways with people. It contains a master bedroom; decorated with leopard print bedding and rugs, a main room; where he dines, watches TV and lounges around during his acid trips, a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Oh. And little fake trees, so he can talk to them.
